Question: How would I edit one of the prepackaged Active reports to include contracts which expired this calendar year?
Answer: Open the report and click on Edit. You will also need to save the report as you cannot make changes to the prepackaged report. You may make a few changes, depending on what you are looking for. Contract workspaces show as active if they are in draft, published or expired status. Contracts stay as expired until the project owner manually completes/closes the workspace. If you want to show Active and Completed workspaces in Step 3 (Refine Data) change the State filter to include Completed. If you really want visibility into contracts in an Expired status go to step 2 and add the field "Contract Status" to your report. You can even add it as a page field if you would like to filter on this more detailed status.
